14K Yellow Retro Marquise Diamond Engagement Ring

A one-of-a-kind vintage ring crafted of 14k yellow gold with a total diamond carat weight of 7/8 carat. It featured a 9.00x4.50mm marquise cubic zirconia center. First introduced in the 1970's, this unique piece embodies the dramatic style that was true of its time. Finger Size 6.
