14K Yellow Gold Diamond Natural Blue Heart Sapphire Twist Ring

Estate quality retro ring from the 1980's. This ornate ring is made of 14k yellow gold and features 1/10 carats of diamonds and 2 carats total of heart shaped natural blue sapphires. As was the trend in its day, this one-of-a-kind vintage piece has a vintage modern feel. Finger Size 5.
